Delivery
Delivery & Pick-Up Rates: Transparent, Fair, and Flexible
- Starting Rates: Our services begin at a starting rate of $180 for delivery and an additional $180 for pick-up.
Variable Labor Rates: Customized to Your Project’s Needs
Our labor rates are tailored to various factors, ensuring a fair and customized pricing structure:
- Distance: Rates may vary based on the delivery location.
- Project Size: Larger projects may incur additional costs.
- Access Difficulty: Complex access conditions can affect the rate.
- Multiple Levels: Deliveries involving multiple floors may have different rates.
In-Store Pick-Up Option
- Pick-Up and Return: We offer an in-store pick-up option with a 10% charge for both pick-up and return. This fee covers stocking, pulling, cleaning, and moving the furniture to the receiving area.
Initial Rental Terms & De-Stage Policy: Simple and Straightforward
30-Day Rental Period
- Initial Term: All rentals are based on a 30-day time frame.
No Prorated Charges
- Consecutive Months: If a home sells after the initial 30-day period, please note that we do not prorate charges for any remaining time.
