A seasoned home builder with decades of experience, he ensures seamless logistics, warehouse management, and furniture delivery. Working alongside his wife and business partner, Lori Dailing, Eric plays a crucial role in transforming homes for realtors and investors.

As a Gulf War Veteran, Eric’s military background instilled in him discipline, precision, and strategic problem-solving. Since transitioning to residential construction in 1996, he has completed:
