Alongside his wife and business partner, Lori Dailing, Eric brings a wealth of experience and operational expertise to the table. A Veteran Turned Builder
As a Gulf War Veteran, Eric knows the value of discipline, teamwork, and strategic planning. Since transitioning to residential construction in 1996, he has built an impressive portfolio that includes over 1800 single-family units and more than 750 remodeling projects. His credentials are further solidified by his Class C Home Building License.
The Operational Backbone
Eric’s role extends beyond just construction. He is the operational backbone of Home Stagers Choice, responsible for warehouse management, backend operations, and overseeing the furniture delivery crew. His entrepreneurial mindset has been instrumental in shaping the company into a reliable partner for home stagers, realtors, and homeowners.

When he’s not managing operations or building homes, Eric is a fitness enthusiast. Notably, he completed his ambitious yearly goal of swimming 1,000,000 meters on December 28th, 2022, achieving this feat in under one year.
